Overall, it’s a reliable app. I use it without much trouble, but every now and then it’ll randomly disconnect for no obvious reason. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when it happens.

One of my AC Infinity fans needed a replacement part, and I’ll be honest, I was expecting the whole process to be a hassle. I went on their site and actually found the part quickly, which was a nice surprise. Even better, it was in stock, so I didn’t have to hunt around or contact support just to figure it out. Shipping took a few days longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The only thing I wish is that the part pages had a little more detail or info so I could feel 100% sure before ordering. Overall, though, it was a good experience. I’m just glad they sell the smaller replacement parts instead of forcing you to buy a whole new unit.

I was happy to see my order show up on the exact day it was supposed to. I’d been keeping an eye out for it, and it arrived right on schedule with no issues.

I got my AC Infinity setup mostly to help with temperature control, it’s been such a relief. My room used to bounce between too hot and too cold all day, which was super frustrating, but now it stays much more steady. The app is easy to use too. It took a little messing around at first to get everything dialed in, but once I did, it’s been running great with no issues.

The box showed up completely crushed, like some 'shipping genius' decided to use it as a seat cushion. Luckily, the item inside still worked, so I guess the 'damage squad' didn’t totally win this round

I picked up one of these grow lights for my small tent, probably around a 2x2-ish setup, and it’s been working well so far. My plants look healthy, and the light seems plenty strong without turning the tent into an oven or anything. Setup only took maybe 10 or 15 minutes, so that part was simple enough. I’m giving it 4 stars because the app took a bit of messing around for me to get everything dialed in, maybe another 20 minutes or so, but once I figured it out I haven’t really had any issues.

I set it up once and haven’t had to think about it since. The fans just kick on when they should and run the way I need them to every day.

I just don’t think this is worth what they’re charging. It’s not terrible, but for the price, you’d naturally expect something better. Common sense says if you’re paying more, the quality should match, and it just didn’t for me.

i mean, for the most part I’m happy with this AC Infinity fan. I set it up last week, and on the lower speeds it’s quiet enough that I can leave it running in the same room without it really bothering me. When you turn it up higher, you can definitely hear the air moving, but it’s more of a steady whoosh than any annoying rattling. I took off one star because I expected it to be just a little bit quieter, but overall it’s still a solid fan

I picked up a fan from acinfinity.com, it’s been way quieter than I thought it would be. It moves a solid amount of air, my temps have dropped, and I can barely hear it running at night. What more can you really ask for? So far, I’m happy with it.

I’d definitely order from AC Infinity again
